This Privacy Policy describes how our mobile application (“App”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our device monitoring & control application for energy storage equipment.

1. Information We Collect

Our App communicates with your energy storage hardware via Bluetooth.

Device operational data (collected locally via Bluetooth): Discharge power, voltage, current, discharge status, vehicle voltage, device remaining capacity, SOC percentage, running logs, firmware version. This data is only used to display real-time parameters, adjust device settings, perform OTA firmware updates, and view local device operation records.

Bluetooth permission: Required to establish wireless connection between your mobile phone and the energy storage device. The App does NOT collect, store or share your mobile phone contacts, location, camera, microphone or other personal data unless explicitly authorized by you.

No personal identifiers: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, payment information or other personal identifiable information by default.

All device measurement data and running logs are only processed and stored locally on your mobile device. The App does not upload any logs or device data to the server, and has no remote diagnosis and remote debugging functions.

2. How We Use Collected Information

We use the collected device operational data solely for:

• Establish Bluetooth connection and display real-time working parameters of your energy storage device.

• Allow you to adjust device settings including voltage, frequency and SOC percentage.

• Support OTA firmware upgrade for the connected hardware.

• Record and view local operation logs on your mobile phone for user self-check.

• Maintain application stability and fix technical issues.

We will NOT use the data for advertising, marketing or share data with third parties for commercial purposes. No device data or logs will be uploaded or transmitted externally.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We will not sell, trade or rent your data to third parties. The App does not actively upload any user or device data. We will only disclose data if required by applicable laws, court orders or government regulatory requests.

4. Data Retention

Real-time device measurement data is temporary and stored locally on your phone’s memory; it will be cleared when you close the App.

Operation logs are only stored locally on your mobile device. You can view and delete local logs independently in the App. No log data will be retained on any remote server.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect locally stored device data against unauthorized access, loss or tampering. Please note that no wireless transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke Bluetooth permission at any time via your Android system settings.

• View and delete local operation logs stored on your mobile device inside the App at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended for adult users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

本应用通过蓝牙与您的储能硬件设备通信。

• 本地记录运行日志，供用户在手机端自主查看、自查设备运行状态；

• 保障应用正常运行，修复常规技术问题。

我们不会将相关数据用于广告、营销用途，不会出于商业目的向第三方共享数据，且所有数据均仅本地留存，不对外传输。

三、数据共享与披露

我们不会出售、交易、出租您的任何设备数据。本应用不会主动上传、对外推送任何用户数据与设备日志。仅在符合法律法规、法院裁定或政府监管要求的前提下，才会依规披露相关数据。

四、数据留存

设备实时运行参数为临时数据，仅存储于手机内存，关闭应用后自动清除。

设备运行日志仅保存在用户手机本地，用户可在应用内自主查看、删除日志，无云端服务器留存数据。

五、安全保障

我们采用合理的技术防护措施，保护手机本地存储的设备数据，避免数据被未授权访问、篡改或丢失。需说明的是，任何无线传输与电子存储方式均无法实现百分百安全防护。

六、用户权利

您享有以下权利：

• 可随时通过安卓系统设置，撤销本应用的蓝牙权限；

• 可随时在应用内查看、删除手机本地存储的设备运行日志。

七、儿童隐私
